    Email Collaborators/Employees are unable to see the Google Drive Shared Folder for my form

    I created a form for my employees to send requests to me via Google Drive. It worked really well for a few days, but it disappeared from their Google Drive. Do I (as owner) have to be logged in for them to find the form? Where or why did it go?

    Hi,

    When you say "disappeared" do you mean the existing files submitted to your Google Drive was gone/removed or deleted? Or you mean to say your Gdrive is not updating anymore with the new entries? Could you please elaborate it further?

    No, it is not gone from MY jotform account (nor it it gone from my Google
    Drive), but my employees cannot see it in their Google Drive list of files.
    I only have two employees needing to use it, so, I've listed their emails
    as collaborators, and shared it with them.
    Do they have to be logged into JotForm? Because they aren't. But, were able
    to use it for a couple weeks to start with.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the additional information. So, you have a form which is integrated to Google Drive then you have the Integration Folder shared to your employees.

    They should be able to see the files if you have the main folder shared to them. Please ask them to check and make sure to accept the invitation. Also, please ask them to check via Shared With Me section from their Google Drive Accounts:

    -No. They don't need to login using your account and/or to be your sub-account. Once you shared the main integration folder, they should be able to see it from their "Share with me" section.

    Welvin, I looked at their Google Drive "Shared with me" files, and the JotForm is listed there. However, when you click on it, it takes you to an emty JotForm page.  The form does not open. (keep in mind, I can see and test the form fine from my computer, in my JotForm account). Its just that my employees cannot get to it.

    Hello, have you tried unsharing the form and recreating the share?

    If that doesn't help, kindly try a step further:

    Undoing the Google Drive integration and starting over by recreating the integration then sharing the form with your employees again.
