Input Table: Allow multi type option to choose on answer only or allow Single choice option to add "others" option

I am using the input table on a form and would like to make it so that you can only select one option per row. What is the best way to do that? I have the "required" set to "require one answer per row", but it needs to be ONLY one answer per row.

Also, it does not allow you to change your selection once you have clicked...I need to be able to let people uncheck their selections if they make a mistake. Can you please advise. Thank you.

    Hi,

Please update the Input Table field and change the Input Type to Radio Button option. Please try it and let us know if you need further help. Thank you!

    Thank you.

What about for a form like this - I need to have an "if other, please list" option but need the user to only be able to select one option and not multiple within a row. What is the best solution for this?

    Hi EidonTech,

The Multi Type Columns option doesn't have an option to allow users to pick one option.

If you want to allow your users to select only one option per row, you need to use the Radio Button Input Type option but this doesn't have the option to add an "Other" box.

I have elevated your thread as a feature request. Please keep in mind that there is no assurance of whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the number of similar requests we get, along the workload of our Developers.
