Two of my forms show "run out of upload quota"

    Two of my forms show "run out of upload quota" when I click the link, but some forms still work. I got an email that says "You have currently reached the limits of your account", but when I look at my account it shows that I have not exceeded my monthly submissions, form views, upload space, or submission storage for a free account. So what is the issue?? I'd like to keep my free account.

    I checked your account and you still have yet to reach the upload limit, please note that you may delete submission data to free up space on your account as well.
