Having trouble adding conditional logic to the clinic form

I'd like to redirect patients to another URL if they check patient for the "What is your job title question". But it isn't working. Can you check what's the issue? Attaching the screenshots below!

We do apologize for any inconvenience that you have experienced.

After checking this account, I have found that you currently do not have any active forms saved here. However, I can see that you are working on a form shared from your admin account titled For Clinics: Find a Psychiatrist that has this condition saved in it.

Upon checking the form conditions, I found that you have two conflicting conditions that are causing the redirect to fail. Both of these conditions are checking for the "What is your job title" to equal "Patient" and one condition is redirecting the page while the other is displaying the Thank You page.

Please fix the conditions shown above in order for both of them to work.
