PDF attachment is not updating on the email notifications.

    Hi there - we previously cloned a form, and then edited it from there to make it different. It looks and works great, however when we receive an emailed PDF copy of the form, the PDF file contains different (and seems like old info from a previous form). Please see the attachment to show what we see, looking for thoughts on how to fix this :)

    I have checked your form's email notification settings, and it seems that there's no PDF document selected to attach to the email. Please try to select which PDF document through the email settings, and please don't forget to click on the SAVE button to keep the changes:
