Could you provide us with the problematic form's URL? This would help us provide proper troubleshooting and would speed up solving your problem.
On my end, I am able to view and edit your forms just fine. All changes save automatically, and they can be seen in the preview.
There could be many possible reasons for your problem: Internet issues, browser issues, device issues, etc.
I suggest that you try again using a different browser, a private browsing window, another device, or by clearing your browser's cache.
