Why the Login page won't submit the new password and just sits there?

    My supervisor and I are trying to reset the password to our JotForm account as it stated our password was incorrect when we tried logging in this morning. When she goes to reset it, she stated that the page won't let her submit the new password and just sits there.

    We want to make sure that our account was not logged into by an unauthorized user, and we would like to reset the password.

    Could you please provide us the email or username of the account you are having an issue with, so that, I will able to investigate the issue and assist you properly? I was unable to find any account on the email address you have used to post this support ticket(natalie.hest@ethoscare.org)?
