Hi, I accidentally unsubscribed from Jotform!

    I clicked the link at the bottom of one of my notification emails that said "Do not show this anymore (X)" because I thought it referred to the Jotform branding. I immediately received a message that said "You are now unsubscribed." with no way to undo this action.

    I need to continue to receive notification emails from Jotform. Can you assist?

    You can enable emails in your account settings. Go to Settings -> Check checkboxes under Subscriptions.


    Turning off all JotForm emails will not prevent your form's notification emails from reaching your email.
