    Good evening!

    Please tell us at this time if you have applied the Silver plan for 12 months that we purchased today 23.10.2020.

    How do we know that you have activated our Silver plan and where can we see what subscription we have at the moment and for what period of time it is valid?

    Is the subscription purchased by our school today 23.10.2020 valid until 24.10.2021?

    What about subscriptions? Do we receive new subscriptions every month? When we reach the maximum number of subscriptions according to the Silver 10010 plan, what happens?

    As checked, you already cancelled the Monthly subscription with ID: I-0VD24ASGCDNS. I have endorsed this for refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to reflect on your Paypal account.

    Meanwhile, I can see that your account is in Silver yearly subscription already in reference to the subscription ID: I-TFV099Y7HTDY.

    I also seek assistance from the billing department to update the billing info on your account. We'll let you know here for updates.
