How would a user cancel an appointment? How would a refund be processed?

    Hi,

    For example if "Person A" booked the slot for 24th Oct 2020, 3pm. (paid )

    But he wants to cancel the booking, how he can do it and how refund will work ?

    Note :
    1) I know I can cancel the booking form submission form details but what if user wants to cancel the booking
    2) After cancelling from form submission , it will automatically refund the paid amount too ? Or I have to create a sperate refund form ?

    We are sorry, but the option of refund a transaction processed through a form submission is not available within your JotForm account or form. To issue a refund, you will need to use the payment gateway you have used in your form. In your case, it seems that you are using PayPal. Here's a useful guide to process a refund in PayPal.
