I've created a survey that works well on several different browsers on a laptop -- Google, IE and Firefox.
It also functions correctly in Safari on an iPhone 4S.
However, on my iPhone 4 with Safari 6.1.3, I can't type text into the "Other" field, which is an option for several questions.
Any advice on this issue?Page URL:

Thank you for contacting us.
I was not able to reproduce this using iOS 4, 5.0 and 6.0 emulators using browserstack.com. This is also fine on my Android phone.
Can you try to open the page in a Private Browsing mode via Safari on your iPhone 4? If this is working right on the private browsing window, the issue is related to the temporary browser data.

After switching to private browsing mode, clearing my history and clearing my cookies and cache, I was able to enter text in the "Other" field from my iPhone 4. Thanks for your help!
