For whatever reason, the last couple of forms I have created have created this problem for me. It used to be that when I received a submission, the person's name and email address were listed in the "from" line. I could easily hit the reply button to, well, reply! However, now it lists the person's name (from the form), and email@example.com. I hit reply and the person I'm responding to gets nothing. Is this something new? Please help! I have a couple of registration forms online for large volunteer projects!

Hello gsobeautiful, first of all, let me apologize for the inconvenience this may have brought you. This is a recent change that took place to avoid JotForm's servers from becoming blacklisted as SPAM by Email Service Providers. There is a workaround to get those new forms to display the user's email address, this is done via a service named Mandrill. Below I'm appending a very useful article that will allow you to set this up.
