Good afternoon, I'd like to mention that I sent a help ticket yesterday regarding problems with downloading and then the problem could not be reproduced since it fixed itself for some reason.
I had problems downloading forms again this morning (sporadic, I was able to download one form then I couldn't for the next forms). We were able to make a temporary solution by opening jotform in an incognito browser and download from there but it would be best if this wasn't necessary. Thank you!

Hi Emlyne,
If you were able to download the PDF using an incognito window then it means it's a Cache issue. You can clear your form cache from your account settings by following the guide below.
