Account in the Overlimit status

Hi - not sure if I sent you a note about this already, if so, my apologies for the duplicate.

my two forms on my free account no longer work as I'm listed as
Upload Exceeded." This seems odd as there is very little activity on these forms. Could you please have a look at this? In particular, the form titled "Golden Halo" application form, used for a charity helping sick kids. Not very many uses at all, but listing inordinate uploads.
