    Sometimes jotform does not load right away. I refresh, use a different browser, and I get a message that jotform cannot be accessed.

    I am a teacher, and I use a form for book conversations I have with my students. I need the form up and running when I sit down to conference with a student. It is somewhat frustrating when I cannot get into the website. The message says: Oops! Google Chrome could not find www.jotform.comTry reloading: www.­jotform.­com/­myforms/­I try reloading and the same message comes up for several attempts to get into the site.

    Hi,

    According to the description of your issue, this could be related with your internet access, be nice to know if this problem always occurs in the same place, or if this happening in different places.

    If it is only happening just in one location, it's quite probably that it is related with temporal connection problems(wifi?,  3G connection?),  always happens with the same computer?. 

    What happen if you try to access to a different webpage than JotForm when this issues occurs?

    Could you provide us with more information in order to make further investigations about this issue.
