Hello, please help with the following issues.
- Not seeing the items the customer ordered in my notification email.
- The customer is not seeing their form response in the email that they get
- Is there any way for me to add shipping based on a method - eg. post office, courier etc?
- I keep editing and saving the changes for the invoice but not seeing the changes

Something seems wrong with your email notification and autoresponder. It is showing an HTML code instead of the actual table with labels and field variables.
To fix it, please delete your notification and autoresponder then create a new one. This will generate the table fields containing the correct field variables.
Here's how to delete them:
Go to Settings > Emails > delete the Notification and Autoresponder by clicking the delete icon.
And here's how to set up a new email and autoresponder.
Settings > Emails > Add an email > Notification Email
Just repeat the same process and select Autoresponder to create an Autoresponder.
