How can I get access to the form responses for someone else's form?

Someone left our organization, and I need access to their form submissions since they left. How can those form submissions be accessed, and how can any email notifications be redirected?

As per checking, we do have a number of users within your organization. Can you please let us know which account you are referring to? You can also share to us the URL of the form so we can trace the account.

Are you familiar with these logins? If so, you may access the account then view the submissions.

If not, then please verify the last 4 digits of the card on the account, then we can change the email address on the account that you can access so a password reset may be initiated.
