Add To Home Screen widget does not add the logo on my device

I have built a form and included Add To Home Screen widget. In the settings I populated the Logo Image URL with the URL to our DropBox. When I save the form to my home screen, the uploaded image is not showing up on the form icon.

The widget only accepts direct image URLs, so you need to host it somewhere where you can get a direct URL of the logo. Try imgur.com. Imgur does not provide the direct URL, but you can get it by following the steps from the below link.
