We are testing a scholarship application form. In the form we allow down loads of things like reference letters. In testing this feature, the recipients are unable to view the downloaded submissions. We receive a 404 error.
What can we do to resolve?

Hi Greg,
I'm assuming you are referring to your form https://www.jotform.com/form/202523745950152. I do see the option in the form to upload files.
But I do not see any option to download any files.
Or do you mean that the uploaded files in the form using the above field are not accessible by the recipients of the notification emails?
If that is the case then please disable the following options in your account settings.
https://jotform.com/myaccount/settings
