How to make the form send as attachment or even a link to the original PDF form?

I am testing Jotforms and using the convert PDF to fillable form, and so far it seems to be working OK. Only thing I cant figure out is how to make the form send as attachment or even a link to the PDF form. (The original copy/look of it). When I test it sends a different copy of the PDF (A customised version)only

You need to enable the options below from your From settings page:

This will send the original PDF with data as an attachment to your notification email and also the autoresponder email.
