"Start Filling" sign says "undefined"

see graphic attached and linked. The button that used to say "start filling" now says "undefined" . Please fix. Many thanks.

I have just opened your form using this link, https://www.jotform.com/form/201643026993052, and was able to see Start Filling as well.

I have cleared your form cache in hopes that it helps. Kindly completely clear your browser cache as well.

That’s nice. It looks like you’re using a desktop. All of my customers use a mobile device. The screenshot I sent was from a mobile device. Would it be possible for you to check it on a mobile device?
