    In the Invoice tab on your payment field, click the Preview The Invoice button so it would open it on the PDF Editor then unpreview it so you can edit your invoice in the PDF Editor. This way you can see for yourself how the invoice would really look and customize it in any way you want.

    I click on preview, make changes then save by clicking update template
    however when i close the form and then go back on it I see that the changes
    made are not saved.

    Do you mind letting us know which specific changes aren't updating? Here's what I see in your invoice on edit mode in one of your submissions here. Note that the field variables and the products would change depending on the customer's information and the selected products.

    May we know what fields are not correct or what fields have you edited but was not changed?

    You may post a screenshot of the fields that doesn't change or was not updated.

    Kindly also try clearing your browser's cache and login back to your account.

    Then try editing your invoice again.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Its the layout that is not changing. I have made the changes several times
    from my work computer, my personal computer and my phone.
    Please see the screenshots attached and note the difference in the colours
    and layout.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to see your screenshots. Please note that images directly attached to e-mails do not appear on the support forum.

    Please open this thread in your browser and attach the image there following this guide so that we can see what colors and layout you are referring to.
