notification email is not received after submission

    Hello!

    I noticed that my order forms are not going through the email. But in the setting, the e-mail is linked and the confirmation is being received. If I fill it up myself using my acount, the form works but when someone else does it, I don't receive any. This happened with several different persons accessing the link already. What should i do?

    I have checked and it seems the notification emails are sending.

    If possible, kindly try creating a new notification email.

    I have also cleared your form cache.

    If the issue remains after creating a new notification email, kindly share the submission ID of the submission in which you did not receive any notification email so that we can check it further.
