    Hi Jotform Team,

This is my first time to use Jotform and I have a question about the header. I used header element to add some texts on my form as picture below.

These texts are showing on the form for my clients. However, they are not showing up on my received email. Could you please show me how to make it visible to my received email?

I have included my jotform link here for your additional information. https://form.jotform.com/202967981556067

    Thank you!

Hello! The extra headers that you're referring to cannot be automatically inserted in the email templates. You'll need to manually copy/paste this data from your form into the email template's "Email Content" section.

Thank you for your quick response.
I am able to get headers to show up in my received email by following your
article. However, when I logged in to the jotform account, under my
submissions, I noticed that these adding headers are not showing up. Is
there any way to let these headers show up in my submissions inside the
    jotform account?
    Thank you.
    Warm Regards,

You may enable the headers from the submissions page settings:
