None of my clients using IE (assuming version 10 and later) are able to upload files on our JotForm form.
The JotForm is embedded in our website using the iframe ebmed code provided from the JotForm site.
I tested the form using IE10 and this message pops up on the browser console righ after clicking the submit button. The browser never does a POST.
SCRIPT438: Object down't support property or method 'readAsBinaryString'.
jotform.js, line 1283 character 1
I googled this issue and found that for IE10 and later you need to be using reader.readAsArrayBuffer(f) instead of readAsBinaryString.
This is our Society's fist time using JotForm. People are trying to registger for our show and they can not. We really need to have this problem solved ASAP.

Turn off the image validation in your file upload property, that should fixed it. Note that this feature is not supported with any IE browsers as of the moment.
As an alternative solution, you may use Inkfilepicker.io tool instead and set its mime types to images only. Here's how:
Hope this helps. Thanks!
