Yes you can change the thank you page URL to redirect users to a different page. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/38-redirecting-users-to-a-different-page
Please note that you can also add condition in form to redirect users to different page based on user's answer. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/317-change-thank-you-page-url-based-on-a-condition
Hope this helps.

Since the form is embedded on your website, the default Thank You page should reload within the form's iFrame.
To set it up and to display the user's answer, kindly check this guide: Setting-up-the-thank-you-page

Hi,
You can create a custom Thank you page on your site and redirect the user to that page after the form is submitted.

I did check your webpage and found that you used the form's full source code to embed the form. I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iframe embed code. When form is embedded using iframe embed code, form will display the thank you message within the frame. The following guide should help you how to grab form's iframe embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-getting-the-form-iframe-code
Hope this helps.
Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.
