Appointment Widget: one-on-one appointment slots are booked by multiple people

    Hello

    We are using the appointment scheduler and we have noticed that there are people that overlap. For example in the photo you will see in the "PROGRAMARE" column multiple entries for the 8:00-8:05 appointment. When filling in the form, it does not turn to grey as usual, when an appointment is made.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I could see some overlapping time slots.

    Could you please confirm if you have ever changed the One-on-One appointmnet type to Group on the widget or made any changes to this?

    Since when you started experiencing this issue?

    Are you experiencing this issue in other forms as well?

    I just cloned your form but could not replicate the issue in my cloned form.

    Hello!

    Thanks for replying. The "one on one" was always selected. That is what we need. It would seem that it usually happens for appointments at 8:00 AM. For other hours, for example around 9:00 PM, after the first appointment is made, the respective button is grayed out.

    Also, tried deslecting/ selecting one on one, still the same.

    This seems like there are ongoing issues with the Appointment widget on our end. Thank you for reporting this to us, I have noticed our dev team about it. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I can see that:

    1) More than one person can book the same slot for a one-on-one appointment.

    2) Appointments often appear before availability starts.

    The second issue has already been escalated. I will escalate this thread as well regarding the first issue: multiple attendees per slot, even though it is set as "one-on-one".
