receiving two emails after submission

Everytime someone fills out one of my forms I get 2 copies of the reply to my email.

How can I turn one of them off so I only receive one?

If it's for this form: New App Count, I can see that you made a test submission to it:

Now, the form has two email templates:

email notification - This will be sent to your email when someone submitted the form

autoresponder email - This will be sent to the user's email after they submit the form (an email field is required)

As you can see on your test submission above, you have entered the same email address that you're using as well to receive the notification. This makes the form send you both the email notification and autoresponder email.
