missing info on submission

    hi, why is an entire page missing from customer's submission? they are required fields so i know the customer would've had to fill it in in order to submit the form. see my transportation form and submissions, no response from the page transportation request has been submitted.

    Hello,

    However, you have conditions that hide Page 4 if the user answers "No" to Do you have another child to enroll. When a page is hidden even if there are fields required, the form will still submit.

    You can delete or change the conditions you have created without hiding Page 4 to fit your requirement.
