Hi JotForm ninjas,
I have a form submission that seems to be Missing In Action. I have a form with 10 current submissions ("Outdoor Gear Builders Sponsorship Form"); 9 of them I have no problem accessing, but the 10th seems to be hidden or corrupted or... something. Scrolling through the list of submissions via JotForm's web interface, it appears as a 10th form that is always "unread" - and which I can't navigate to through any means.
I've integrated this form with Dropbox, so I went directly to Dropbox and can find a folder for the form, with what should be the form PDF, next to a JPEG file that was uploaded as part of the form submission process. However, when I open the form PDF, titled "243704585031933385", all that appears is an error message saying "Error - We couldn't find the submission you are looking for on our servers."A JPEG image of the PDF is attached.
This is pretty odd, since there are files that were submitted along with the form that work just fine, and other forms submitted via the same methods (imbedded code in our website at http://outdoorgearbuilders.com) have shown up no problem both before and after this form was submitted.
Any ideas? Any way to get those contents back? I can ask the user to submit the form again, but it's a little embarassing to say the least.
We are sorry to hear that, what happened could be that the form submission whas iterruped somehow it might be on the senders end or could be on the servers end, not sure. Normally it should be in your grid list once a successful submission has been made and if it was canceled it will still count as submitted but without any records. Do you still have the Email notification for these missing form submission? Can you try to login using this link http://www.jotformz.com and check if you can see the missing one.

I finally found the form submission email, so I have the data. No idea why the form isn't working, but the data on the email will make it work; I'll just have to create a placeholder in the forms folder on Dropbox for this missing one.

The link is actually correct it is just another link where you can try if you can retrieve the missing submission their. Have you tried to make another submission and check if the form works fine this time? Probably what happen was just a minor glitch, it could be on jotforms server during parsing the SQL form or it could be the connection.
Let me know if you have tried making a submission and if it went through so we can further check with our developer if we have issues with receiving submission.
