Can't sign up with email adress natasha@mindrestart.me

I want to sign up with email adress natasha@mindrestart.me and it says "not valid". I have deleted account from my old yahoo mail adress nat_sabados@yahoo.com, but it, also, says "not valid".

Can you please help me.

As per checking, both emails are already linked to a JotForm account. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reuse an email even if the account has been deleted.
