    I responded to the email, but trying here so that I can get my account unlocked.

    My website with my host company, Archer Travel, is www.mydreamjourneys.com. You'll see the official logo at the bottom. Also, I do not plan to use the credit card authorization form. Once you unlock my account, I will delete it. Or, you can delete it.

    Hi Leigh! Apart from the logo issue, there is another problem with your form (mentioned below).

    We don't allow collection of credit card information in plain text fields (fields in the screenshot provided below). In order to activate your account, we'll need to remove these fields from your Credit Card Authorizatrion Form. Let us know f you're okay with it.

    Hi! I also noticed that you've created 2 tickets in this regard and were replied to by our Staff but you didn't respond to those tickets.

    Please avoid creating duplicate tickets and keep the conversation under a single ticket as it helps us serve you better.

    Yes, please delete the fields. Delete the whole form.
