I am viewing a blank page on My forms page

    Hi, I’m trying to access my form to make changes. Nothing happens. I have access to Jotform’s main page, but not to my forms. I get a blank page.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a temporary issue with the form builder and it should be fixed by now. Please check again and let us know if you still experience any issue. We will be happy to take a look again.

    We haven't had any reports of issues with form builder in the last couple of days. I have flushed your login attempts and cleared the form cache in your account.

    Please try logging into your account using an incognito/private browsing window and check if are able to view data in your account.
