Question about education discount

I see you have an educator discount. Do I have to use my account in an educator role to take advantage of the discount?

I homeschool my two children and am also as Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati Clermont College. I would like to use your system for quizzes and tests for my kids. However, I would also like to use it for my solo law practice to gather client data. I'm just wondering if I would have to restrict my use of I got the educational discount.
