Image or jpeg images not opening

    I created a form for clients to complete before I book an appointment for them. I have them upload pictures in the form. The first several forms that were submitted worked great. Now all of the sudden it is not opening the Jpeg files but I haven't changed anything on the form. Please advise.

    Are you receiving 404 page error when you click or try to download the image through email? If so, you would need to lift privacy settings in your account, which require log in to review files, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.
