Good Evening,
I would like to cancel my JotForm subscription. I was not aware that the subscription would auto-renew with no notification.

Hi Lee,
As per your request, your subscription has been canceled and your refund has been processed. You should be able to see the refunded amount on your end in the next 5-7 working days.
