I cannot create a visual report

For some reason when I click through to the option of creating a visual report it just takes me back to the main page and doesn't allow me to produce a report. I select the form I want to use and that is as far as I get before it reverts to the main jotform page.

Any suggestions,? I see this is a new option so perhaps it's a bug?
