I did not choose to use SSl submissions and now it is saying that the form has been disabled and I have only used 12 regular submissions. How do I get it back?

I checked your account statistics to find out why your forms are disabled.
Well, it looks like you have used up your secure submissions limit of 10 per month. Your forms are disabled for now until next month, when your account limits are refreshed.
To make sure that you are not using secure form url, and that you are embedding non-secure codes, always uncheck the small secure checkbox in the Embed Form Wizard.
I think it is best that you re-embed your forms to make sure that the codes are non-secure. Non-secure form have http in the url against https for secure.
