Good Morning,
I have received an email today stating we have reached our Jotform submission limit.
We have been using Jotform for the last 3 years and have never required an upgrade to meet the needs of the business to date.
Could you please clarify the requirement to upgrade to submissions.

To upgrade the submission limit of your account, you will need to upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
