Where do the payments go?

    Hi there,

    I added a payment option on my form. I set up the products list and I connected my square account. I did a test payment and I did receive an email showing my order and an email showing someone placed an order. I however don't see anything on my Square account to indicate payment. So how does this work? Dpes the payment go straight to my bank account? Or does it take a few days? Thank you in advance

    The payment will go to your Square account/dashboard. Have you reviewed your Square dashboard to see if there is a payment or submission?

    I would like to suggest contacting Square Support with your Transaction IDs to track received payments.
