Why it was allowed to have multiple booking on 1 slot?

Please see below, there are multiple booking in one slot.

I am assuming that you are referring to this form: 202321531963448, because you are using our Appointment properties Widget.

Upon checking your form I can see that you didn't set up a limit per slot on Cluster 2:

Can you please go inside your Event > Advanced > Group, then set up a limit.
