How do I know that my form has crossed 10,000 views

    Hi,

    Greetings for the day!

I have subscribed to 'Bronze' account and as per the plan I get 10,000 views per month.

I received an alert that my form has reached 10,000 views and asking me to upgrade. I have two questions to ask:

    1. How do I know that my form has crossed 10,000 views? I'm surprised to see this alert as I have received only 200 registrations
    2. If I want to upgrade to 'Silver', the fee should be the difference of what I have already paid for 'Bronze'. Isn't it?

    Please clarify.

    Thanks and regards,

    Pramod

    Hi Pramod,

    Hi there,

You can check the total form views counter in two places within your account. Please check the screenshots below.

Then you can see the counters in your account settings "Usage section"

I can see that you've already upgraded your account to the Silver plan so it is now showing as Unlimited.

    1. If I want to upgrade to 'Silver', the fee should be the difference of what I have already paid for 'Bronze'. Isn't it?

Yes, that is correct. You'll get charged for the difference only.

Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Thanks.
