Setting changed- no longer able to edit enquires

    Good morning,

    I have logged on to Jotform this morning and noticed it now only allows me to view the enquired but no longer edit to indicate when enquiry dealt with.

    Please could you advise why this has now been changed?

    I did check your account and it seems another user has shared forms with you. As per the access permission, you can only view submissions of shared form and not edit them.

    If you need access permission, please ask your master user to enable "Edit Form" permission in shared forms. Once you have edit form permission, you will be able to edit all the shared forms.
