    Hi,

Is there anyway to overcome the email uploads not coming through if email exceeds 5MB.

I wondered if there was anyway to avoid this problem? My client is finding it a bit difficult to manually go in and find uploads after submission has been sent.

Anyway we can upgrade and avoid this problem?

    Hi there,

I assume you are referring to the email file attachment, right? The attachment file size is currently dictated by the email system, so there's no option in the form builder to increase or change the max limit allowed.

Currently, we are sending the emails via the AWS SES and it has a total size limitation. The attachments size is limited to 5MB. The email will not be sent if the attachment exceeds the 5MB file size limit.

This standard limit applies to all users.

Have you considered using the upload links in the email notification instead? Maybe that will work for you? Or you may try Integrating your forms with Google drive, so whenever someone submits the form with an uploaded file, it will instantly send the files and data to your google drive account.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.
