Requesting Monthly Submission Quota Reactivation

    Hi!

    Last couple days ago, monthly submission has passed it's allocated quota. Currently, it doesn't work for any submissions. Then, I has made payment for silver package through my credit card on 18th of October. Therefore, you may reactivate monthly submission quota for me.

    I need your urgent assistance for this matter.

    I see that you have exceeded the allowable submissions per month. Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to reset your monthly submission count, the only option would be to wait for the limit to reset on the first day of this coming month (Nov), which is 6 days from now.

    Or you may upgrade your account to GOLD, to increase your monthly submission limit, which will make your forms available for submission again.

    thank you for your assistance. According the information that you provided, I misunderstood about limit of month. Sorry for that. I supposed that the system should be reactivated after payment is made.
