Is there a way to see how many slots are booked in the appointment field?

Hi there,

I've created a form which allows multiple users to book one of eight time slots available within consecutive 20-minute windows over a four-hour period.

Is there a way for me to see how many of these eight slots has been booked so far within a certain 20-minute window and/or free up some of them if the user has decided to change their time slot?

We also have an issue where stakeholders have tested the form and now I don't know how to "reset" it so that all the slots are made available again for our users.

Hello Julia,

Unfortunately, there is no option in the field to display the number of booking on each slot. You'll have to look for it through your submissions page.

To free up a slot, you would need to delete their submission in the form.
