I upgraded 1 level and then upgraded another and was charged for both. can I get a refund on the $19 payment?

    I checked your account and it seems like you have two active subscriptions on your PayPal account. Since you want to get a refund of the $19 you paid for Bronze, I assume you want your account switch to the Silver plan, right? In order for us to issue a refund, please cancel your Bronze subscription on your PayPal account.

    In your case, please make sure that you will cancel the right subscription, which is bronze.
