autoresponder email not sending

    I have a number of people who have filled out forms today but they have not received the autoresponder email that I have set up so that they are emailed a copy of the form themselves. I have tested this myself today and I have not received any email, including into my Junk.

    Please can you let me know why this is happening today as it was working last week?

    Are you perhaps referring to this form

    I have checked the form and it seems that the form encryption is currently enabled. Unfortunately, with this feature, you cannot send autoresponders.
