How can I correct the accessibility errors in my form?

    Hi! How can I correct the form with the following error:


    1603718866 5f96ced2551d3  Screenshot 10I hit update widget but the accessibility Warning still come up. Please help!

    Hi, @wmshirley. How are you?


    These warnings are shown to you because you have enabled the form accessibility option. It will always show warnings if one of your forms elements is not completely accessible. Here's a guide to help you to fix accessibility errors.

    Hi thanks for you reply! The reason why did that is because our clients are having trouble viewing the form! We have actually been experiencing a lot of issues like this with other forms. Do you know what i am doing wrong?

    May I please ask you whether the issues are only happening on your embedded forms or on standalone ones too?

    In case it's the embedded only, please try to re-embed them using iframe.
