Suspended account

    Hi there ,


    my account has been suspended. I have created a form for an event and urgently need my account to be activated . What part of my form needs to change in order for my account to continue to stay active ?

    Hello,

    Our anti-phishing filter tool suspended your account. Upon checking your form, I can see that you're collecting Credit Card information using basic form fields. Please keep in mind that it is against our term of use. https://www.jotform.com/terms/

    We need to remove the credit card form fields to your form before we can activate your account back to good status.

    Great, please go ahead and delete the fields so my account can be re activated.
